He has also served as CTO at ISSA and Axiom/Knowable, as Chief Network Engineering Officer and SVP of Cloud Infrastructure at Change Healthcare and as Director for Amazon’s payments platform. Doug holds a Bachelor of Information Systems Degree from the University of Toledo.
