Lawrence is the General Counsel of Realty Mogul responsible for legal and securities compliance. Previously he ran a real estate construction firm, and before that he worked for over 15 years as an attorney with prominent New York and Silicon Valley law firms (Shearman & Sterling and Cooley) and a medical device company that was ultimately acquired for over $4 billion. Lawrence holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a joint JD/MBA from Columbia University.
