A Real Estate Investment Trust, or “REIT,” is a portfolio of real estate properties into which one can make a single investment. RealtyMogul offers two REITs for your consideration when investing. Each REIT has a specific and targeted investment strategy.
REITS are typically known for their objective of regular distributions, as well as moderate long-term capital appreciation, though they may offer other potential benefits.1,2

The RealtyMogul Income REIT and the RealtyMogul Apartment Growth REIT are both public non-traded REITs.
The objective of the Income REIT is to provide monthly income to investors through debt and equity investments in a diversified pool of commercial real estate property types.
The objective of the Apartment Growth REIT is on long-term capital appreciation, in addition to providing quarterly income through investment in multifamily apartment communities.
RM Adviser, the manager of RealtyMogul’s two REITs, sources the investments in which our REITs invest. RM Adviser reviews hundreds of transactions each year for investment consideration into our REITs, and only those that meet our rigorous underwriting standards are eligible for REIT investment.
